Persian Gulf Coast Villa

Located on Saadiyat Island, the villa faces some of the most beautiful beaches and blue waters of the coast. We spent £200,000 on loose furniture supplied by the best Italian manufacturers: Minotti, Giorgetti and Poliform. Around £250,000 was spent on refurbishing the interior. The floors throughout the ground floor are white marble.

We designed the walls with cladding finished in silk-effect wallpaper, separated by elegant metal inlays that are not only part of the engineering but also add a luxurious effect. The project also included landscaping, joining the two villas with a long garden of 4m palm trees, which serves as the grand entrance for guests.
