A £2,000,000 transformation
From relocating the pool and redesigning the landscape to every interior — furnished with Baker, Promemoria and Rubelli, lit by Bella Figura.
Family villa in paradise
This family villa on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi needed an extra touch to become a super-luxury residence. The budget spent on furniture, refurbishing and landscape design reached £2,000,000. Our work ranged from the redesign of the landscape to the interior design. The pool was relocated, and the ground floor now has a spacious majlis with a sitting area and a dining table for 12 people, and a home-cinema living room combined with a show kitchen and a dining area facing the sea and the beautiful garden with its pool.
On the first floor is the master suite with two walk-in wardrobes. The same floor has 5 bedrooms, each individually designed for one of the owner’s children. All the walls are decorated with classic mouldings with silk wallpaper inlays. The floors are white marble slabs, the ceilings are decorated with cornices, and the window treatments were tailored from the best fabrics by Italian manufacturers such as Rubelli. Furniture brands used in this project include the American brand Baker and the Italian Promemoria, with lighting by Bella Figura.
