This magnificent private villa, spanning 1350 square meters, is perched within the prestigious Nudra development, by the coast of the Gulf Sea. The facade, clad in stone sourced from Jerusalem, coupled with sleek metal elements, bestows the villa with a unique, modern aesthetic that radiates warmth. The price of the property was £5,000,000 and the construction budget reached approximately £3,500,000.
The structure was initially presented to us as shell and core, providing us with a white canvas to craft a truly bespoke residence, meticulously tailored to surpass the client's highest standards of luxury. A distinctive highlight of this property is the innovative fountain feature within the ground floor gardens, boasting a glass bottom that allows sunlight to cascade into the spa area below.
